Lumyna Super AI is an all-in-one AI assistant app offering chat, voice, image, video, automation, document, and business tools. Features may change over time as we improve the product.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

Subscriptions and billing

• Plans are billed monthly through our payment provider (Whop). Current plans and prices are listed on our pricing page.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled case by case — contact us if you believe you were charged in error.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, without limitation: violating any law, infringing intellectual property rights, attempting to disrupt or overload the Service, reverse-engineering the app, or using the Service to send spam, harassment, or unlawful content.

SMS messaging program

If you opt in to text messages from Lumyna, you agree to receive SMS messages about Lumyna Super AI, including product updates, promotions, and account notices. Message frequency varies and message/data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your phone number.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, branding, and content, is owned by Lumyna and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute the Service except as permitted by these Terms.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate — verify important information independently.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumyna is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
